Tips On Healthy Living By Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy Church, having ministered the supernatural power of healing to more than 1700 students present at the first healing service of the Healing School August Session, revealed to the healed students and everyone present on the need to make certain adjustments for a healthy lifestyle. He taught briefly on the importance of living by faith and also outlined some tips on healthy living. Below are some healthy living tips he highlighted:

· Be careful about what you eat. Don’t just eat anything, get more information about healthy
nutrition.

· Avoid eating excessive salt. Too much salt is one of the little things that aggravate heart problems.

· Avoid eating too much oil.

· When preparing vegetables or meals that have vegetables, don’t cook them until the nutrients are depleted.

· Sodas (e.g. Coke and Fanta), juices and other drinks shouldn’t replace water for you. A lot of headaches, arthritis, knee pains, and joint pains come from not drinking enough water.
Inadequate water in your body can also affect your eyes.

· Water is curative and cleansing; it can help you get rid of troubles in your body. Water is important to the body because the human body is mostly water. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty before you drink water.

· Be alert. Your spirit can guide you. Get much information about health, but be careful about the information you receive, as some of the information out there is extreme and will condemn almost everything there is to eat. Be guided right.
