The President of the Believers Love World Incorporated, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, has donated one billion naira to Benson Idahosa University. Pastor Christ gave this on Friday at a special convocation at the Benson Idahosa University where he was conferred with the award of Doctor of Divinity. Oyakhilome, during his speech, gave details on the reason why he made the donation. Saying, the late Archbishop Idahosa, had great influence in his life and ministry. That it was only natural for him to feel the need to do same for the youths. “The impact of the archbishop on me as an individual is un quantifiable. Many time, people would ask me why I talk about the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa more than anybody. “It will surprise you to know that as a young man, I was working with the archbishop in the mail room in the Church of God Mission in Benin City. “I was blessed to have worked with the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa. While working with him, I had the blessing and benefit of seeing the archbishop pass by my table everyday to his office,” Oyakhilome said.
The Founder of the Deeper Life Bible Church has made an alarming assertion about his church members who continue to commit sins. Pastor Kumuyi who is the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry said on judgment day, hell will be hotter for members of the church who are sinners. According to him, this is because the Deeper Life sinners have heard enough of the word of God but still refused to repent from their bad ways. Preaching on the topic, “Heaven’s Response to Earth’s Request,” in Lagos, Kumuyi said several people who attended Deeper Life Bible Church’s services have refused to repent of their sins. “Hell will be hotter for Deeper Life sinners because they know the truth and do not do them.
