Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye will hold a special interactive session with all members of the public partnering with the church in Abuja.
The programme tagged ‘A Day Out with the God of Daddy G.O’ is an annual event held in three major cities of Nigeria: Abuja, Lagos and Port-Harcourt.
Chairman, Central Working Committee of the 2016 edition of the programme in Abuja, Pastor Dele Babade said this year’s event is unique as it will afford the participants the opportunity to address some challenges facing Nigeria in prayer. He said the current economic situation of the country will become history if Christians can pray more and offer moral support to the present administration.
Pastor Babade said the meeting is being
organized by RCCG Region 10, Abuja Family, led by Pastor Emmanuel Ibitayo, the Pastor in Charge of RCCG, Region 10 but that attendance is open to all old and new partners of the ministry.
He noted that high ranking officials of the
federal government, including the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo are expected to attend the programme.
The President of the Believers Love World Incorporated, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, has donated one billion naira to Benson Idahosa University. Pastor Christ gave this on Friday at a special convocation at the Benson Idahosa University where he was conferred with the award of Doctor of Divinity. Oyakhilome, during his speech, gave details on the reason why he made the donation. Saying, the late Archbishop Idahosa, had great influence in his life and ministry. That it was only natural for him to feel the need to do same for the youths. “The impact of the archbishop on me as an individual is un quantifiable.
